Shipping, Delivery And Dispatch Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE

We have resumed shipping to most pin codes, including red zones. Keeping in mind government guidelines and safety considerations for our customers and employees, please note the following temporary changes to our shipping and returns policies:

Delivery of non-essential goods is not allowed in designated containment areas. We request you to email us at customercare@jaipurjewels.in or call +918879968573 to check the status of your delivery location before placing the order.
Delivery may take longer than usual. There could be a possible delay of 24-72 hours in dispatch and delivery within India and around 10-15 days delay outside India. We appreciate your patience and understanding in case our courier partners are unable to deliver your package because of dynamic police containment in an area. Delivery will be re-attempted as government guidelines allow.
We will be accepting Prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery will be unavailable in certain pin codes to promote contactless deliveries and they shall be resumed in future. To check the availability of Cash on Delivery we request you to email us at customercare@jaipurjewels.in or call +918879968573 before placing an order.
Given these unprecedented times, our highest priority continues to remain the safety of customers and employees. We and our courier partners have enforced precautionary measures at our warehouse including social distancing and regular sanitisation. We strongly recommend that you take the following precautions during and after delivery:
      Limit interaction with the delivery person – Request the courier delivery executive to place the package at a safe distance from your door, and ask them to maintain a safe distance as you collect the package. 
      Sanitise the package as well as its contents with a UV light and avoid harsh sanitizers as it may damage the jewellery. 

We provide worldwide delivery of your orders. We have partnered with leading Indian & International shipping providers to handle your order in best possible way for safe & fast delivery.

Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping worldwide for all Prepaid orders and for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Currently Cash on Delivery is available only for Agra, Coimbatore, Delhi, Mumbai, Varanasi and selected pin codes within India. We request you to email us at customercare@jaipurjewels.in or call +918879968573 and confirm before placing your order.

Order Delivery & Dispatch Policy:

We understand you are eagerly waiting for order to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our Customer Care & Warehouse team works rigorously to ensure that we are able to bring a smile to your face. Our team performs multiple rounds of quality check and ensures that we deliver you your ordered styles in perfectly packed QC checked condition in the least possible time.

We strive to dispatch your order at the soonest. However, since certain products are finished and customised as per individual requirements, in these cases, the dispatch timelines may take up to 2 weeks. We will keep you updated regarding the dispatch & delivery status of your order via Email & SMS.

Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-10 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 7-20 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delay, however please be rest assured that our Customer Care team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest.

Please Note: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a maximum up to 3 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin code/Zip code and a valid mobile and landline number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message and email. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Customs and Import Duties on orders:

We don’t charge/collect any additional Taxes or Duties for orders which are meant to be delivered in India.

However, all orders which are to be delivered outside India, may be subject to Country specific Import Duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. We do not collect any Duties & Taxes while you are ordering on the website. Any additional charge towards Import/ Customs Duties & Taxes if any, may be levied by the Custom authority. These charges are to be borne by the receiver and JAIPUR JEWELS GLOBAL LIMITED have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are updated from time to time, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information. Please Note: In case receiver fails to pay the asked Duties & Taxes and doesn’t collect the order from the shipping company, BAUBLEBERRY will not be liable for any refund amount for such orders.
