Orders cannot be cancelled if they have been shipped from our warehouse.
Our courier partners have temporarily suspended reverse pickup operations in certain locations, therefore, please arrange for the product(s) to be shipped to us at 21, Kailash Darshan Nana Chowk, near Kennedy Bridge, Grant Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400007. We will continue to offer free replacement in case the product received is damaged or broken for all purchases only in INDIA. To raise a request for replacement, please email us at within 24 hours of order delivery (please mention your order number and include a few images of the damaged/broken item and follow the procedure mentioned in Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.)

Terms and Conditions for Return and Refund

 This Return and Refund policy is valid for purchase within India only. No returns or refunds requests will be accepted on International orders. In case of any damage to the product, our products are fully insured and this shall be claimed directly by the customer.

 Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

 Please Note : All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. They are also made using natural materials and therefore a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not to be regarded as a defect. The products are handcrafted and hence may also have minor imperfections that should not be misconstrued as flaws and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or refund request is treated as an individual case.

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package, or fails to comply with import documentation requirements or to pay custom or other statutory taxes as levied from time to time.

Any personalised, customised or specialised purchase orders are not eligible for any kind of refund or replacement.

– Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item by email at

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent for return/refund request after 7 calendar days of the delivery.

 If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’d be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.

 Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 21 working days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of a credit coupon of the same value.

If you find that the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).

Process of Return and Refund

First, immediate intimation of any defect or damage through email with order number, delivery address, specific reason of request and images or other proof of defect or damage product.
Submit a return request to initiate the return process.

If your location is eligible for a reverse pick-up, our courier partner will provide you with a date and time for the pick-up. Otherwise, please arrange for the product to be shipped to us at 21, Kailash Darshan Nana Chowk, near Kennedy Bridge, Grant Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400007

Once your return is received, our operations team will inspect each product and approve the refund. Please allow 7-10 working days for the processing of returns.
Once the return is approved, then your replacement or refund as the case may be will be processed in the following manner:

Replacement: The replaced product shall be dispatched within 3 days of approval and shall reach you as per our shipping, delivery and dispatch policy.

Refund: For prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment which will reflect in your bank account within 21 working days from approval of refund after inspection from our end.

For cash-on-delivery orders, you will receive a store credit in the form of a credit voucher that will be valid for a period of 6 months on future purchases.

Please note: The entire value of the credit voucher must be consumed in one single order, and it cannot be applied across multiple orders.
