RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Applicable for purchases within India only. No returns or refunds will be accepted for international orders.
Baubleberry, a brand of Varyaa Creations Limited, ensures that all products are fully insured against damage. In the event of damage, claims must be made directly by the customer with the insurance provider.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement if it meets the following conditions:
– An incorrect product was delivered, i.e., the product does not match the description on the website or the wrong item was delivered.
– The product received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery.
Handmade and Natural Product Disclaimer
All Baubleberry products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. Natural materials are used, and slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur. Such variations are not considered defects. Minor imperfections due to the handcrafted nature of the products are also not considered flaws and will not qualify for return or replacement.
Return and Refund Process
Given the artisanal nature of our products, Baubleberry reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds or returns for the following scenarios:
– Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
– Failed delivery attempts by the courier service.
– Refusal by the recipient to accept the package.
– Failure to comply with import documentation requirements or payment of customs duties or other taxes.
Personalized, Custom, and Special Orders
Personalized, customized, or specially commissioned products are not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances.
Procedure for Returns
If your purchase meets the return criteria, please email us at sales@varyaacreations.com within 7 working days of receiving the product, providing the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Reason for return, and for defective or incorrect products, include an image of the product.
Emails or return requests received after 7 calendar days from the delivery date will not be considered.
Upon confirmation of a genuine defect, we will either replace the product or offer an alternative product of the same value. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from your location.
In cases where a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 21 working days. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as a store credit in the form of a credit voucher of equal value.
If the package is tampered with upon delivery, do not accept the package. Return it to the courier immediately without signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
Return and Refund Process
- Notify us immediately of any defect or damage by email, including your order number, delivery address, reason for the return, and supporting images or proof.
- Once your return request is submitted and verified, if your location is eligible for a reverse pick-up, our courier partner will arrange a pick-up. If not, please send the product back to:

- Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product. Once approved, your replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Replacement: If available, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5 days of approval and delivered according to our shipping and delivery policies.
Refund: Prepaid order refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 21 working days from refund approval. COD orders will receive store credit in the form of a credit voucher valid for 6 months. The voucher must be used in a single transaction and cannot be applied across multiple orders or combined with other offers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at +91 9920558483, Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Follow up with an email to sales@varyaacreations.com with the subject line “Cancellation Order Number [XYZ].”
Please note that some orders may be processed and shipped immediately for finishing or customization. In such cases, cancellation may not always be possible.
